@420noscope510 When I had a power supply go on one of my PC's it was giving a BSOD once in a few and your correct it could very well be a origin issue as it cant be fully ruled out yet. They fully mucked up Origin more so in last bit with the new origin :[ Fully a step backwards in some areas of it :/ Its just for a PC to reboot on its own points more to heat in the PC or something starting to fail in the PC but at this point we cant say yes or no on anything yet. Not a easy issue to pin point or fix so we keep at it.
- What we do know at this point and correct me if I am wrong ....
windows is stable, updates are done , No dust in PC , PC Only does this when in Origin games , Does not lose internet PC just reboots but only when in origin game
How are the temps in the PC? Edit... And did you try to reinstall Origin only not your games and run CC cleaner on the registry ?
As for rsautoup_.exe from Rsupport RSAutoUp Application I did a fast google and found this below so have a good hard look in c:\windows\system32 folder and see if you can see it in this folder at all. But be very very careful not to muck up your windows. No idea what you use for a virus scan but you can try Norton trial for free to scan your PC to help rule out a Bug on the PC doing this. I have seen malware hide so well on a PC it is still on a PC after a format and makes me miss the dos format days as you cold kill a bug on a PC after a few dos formats lol.
Some malware often camouflage themselves and be disguised as rsautoup_.exe in c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folder. So you need to check the rsautoup_.exe process on your pc to find out if it's there.
I would not remove anything on your own as it could muck up your windows let Norton scan the PC and deal with it ....
