Hi I am having as much hassel also, I a not able to download Fifa15, for 34 pound or so, nor am I able to download sim city2000 for free, I tried do send in a complaint and I got exactly the same hassle, and I got a report about my computer, and it is brand new. hmmmmm.....

I have also tried reinstalling origin, disabling firewall and antivirus, restarting my PC but nothing worked so I am hoping to get some help soon.
Also I live in Croatia and i would like to know if this might be one of the problems.
