Origin not recognising my email address

having played BF3 2 weeks ago i loaded up yesterday, First Origin didnt recognise my Email adress as valid. So d/l again and installed. Still unable to log in or my requests to reset my password were not returned to my email account. So i Registered as a new user using same email.Which should not happen but confirmed that your database has lost or invalided my Email address.  Please help as cant even activate BF3 now , says the Serial number is already being used [by myself]  [CODE REMOVED]

Also my BF bad company 2 log in is having problems!!

Please please help

  • hey dont post any codes or emails in open forum its not safe you should use the live chat or phone support for important problems  https://help.ea.com/contact-us Under product select Battlefield 3, Under Category select Account/Registration, Under Platform select the platform.
    You should see at the bottom Call Me Live Chat, Email Me. Select Either Call me or live chat (whichever one is available).
