Origin obviously doesn't want customers

Not like this is the first time this has happened, but i built a new gaming rig and wanted to max out some bf3 etc. well the first time i installed origin it ran fine, I didnt start the download at the time, but every time i started up origin it takes forever to load, then when it gets to the log in screen it says im offline. It says go online, how else would I have just downloaded Origin than going online. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it nothing happened, but now i cant even log in, it tells me to go online. servers are up everything, my friends is working fine. I am so sick of Origin, your lucky that great gtames like bf3 and Titanfall etc. are on there because if i could get them on steam, I would. When you update your product, make it work, but this late in having origin, it should work. Origin sucks so much, fix it so i can play the games I bought fdrom you tools. I think id rather have a refund on my bf3 than have to deal with origin.

  • There is an Origin sale going on right now with one of the games being BF4 at 50% off so I think there is higher than normal Origin traffic causing the problems that you detail. When I logged into Origin this morning it took forever for my games library to load and it stated "slow server connection" but it did eventually load.

I recommend to keep trying, and if you get too frustrated try back after the weekend when the sale is over and the servers aren't stressed with purchases and downloads since there isn't anything that a user can do at our level to correct server stress problems.
