Origin says i do not own BF Hardline though I bought it on steam

Question

I bought the EA gamepass on steam and im trying to play it, I have an origin account but it says i do not own the game. When i press buy now it sends me to steam which says to play now and it sends me to the battlelog site. I press play campaign and it sends me to origin but origin still says i dont own this game. What do i do? I have played other games on origin that are connected to my steam but for some reason it will not let me play Battlefield Hardline.

@eeek21  To confirm EA play with Steam will not hand over the subscription to Origin, so we would want to launch the game from Steam. Once you launch the game Steam should hand over the needed information to access the game, to confirm are the account already linked together for Origin and Steam?
