Origin stuck in offline mode

I did every step on the recommended course of action and still get the Offline after restarting Origin about 1 min in. It basically says to quit and restart to update but it does not update. The whole folder is exempted from Windows Security, started Origin as administrator, cleared DNS, reset, Cleared Cache files (the whole list) still have the issue. I also selected Participate in Origin client betas while ensuring Automatically update Origin was turned on. At a loss here.

This post is from 2017 and since there have been various updates to Origin since then I'll lock down this post. I recommend searching "Origin Stuck in Offline" in the search bar at the top of the Answers HQ to see accepted solutions around this. 

Origin just came out with a new update in the last 48 hours, I recommend deleting the current version off your PC and re-download the newest version here.
