Origin won't let me pre-order Battlefield 4 =\

I'm currently awaiting a response Email from an EA advisor to help me with the problem of that Origin won't let me pre-order Battlefield 4 Digital Deluxe =(.  I've contacted PayPal (my method of payment) and a THREE EA advisors only to have them escalate my "case" to the "senior team" to try to fix the issue I'm having. I have more than enough money in my PayPal and I've tried NUMEROUS times to purchase the pre-order but today I tried again (hoping it would let me) and it gave me the error message "FRAUD"...... 

This is frustrating and I'm curious if anyone else has ever had this issue happen to them. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
