Packet loss, high latency, latency variation, Xbox One

Question

I play bf1 on my Xbox one s and ever since the apocalypse dlc the game is completely unplayable, the symbols in the attached pictures are always in the corner. Every other game or app that I use is completely fine and I have no connectivity issues. Is it something wrong with the system or with the game? Will there be a fix soon, any info would be great thanks

Thanks for the quick reply, I’ve restarted both the router and my Xbox multiple times over the last week yet the problem is still there, my accounts are linked and everything is up to date too, I’m sure that everything will be fixed eventually but for now it’s a challenge
