7 years agoThanks for the quick reply, I’ve restarted both the router and my Xbox multiple times over the last week yet the problem is still there, my accounts are linked and everything is up to date too, I’m sure that everything will be fixed eventually but for now it’s a challenge

Sorry to hear this issue still has not been resolved for you.
Have you tried opening the suggested Ports on your Router?
