Packet loss... Unplayable
Hi, I just want to know if you have any information about packet loss in game ? Since a month or so I can't play BF4 cause of packet loss. This is simply unplayable. The only way to play is to join ...
Okay thanks for your information. It is hard to say, could you tell us your modem hardware, internet card and ISP anyway?
It would be great if you could perform an "UO trace" and send me these data in AHQ as a PM: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-uo-trace/
This should help us to investigate your issue.

Sorry for late answer. I forgot to activate the "email me when someone replies" so I didn't received any notification. My bad.
So, here are my Spec :
Modem : Motorola SB5101N
Card : ASUS M5A99X Evo R2.0
ISP : B2B2C inc. (Vidéotron Reseller)
Router : D-Link DIR-615 (actually plugged, but nothing change if I unplug it and connect my computer directly to the modem)
