Paratrooper Elite Server issues battlefield 4 on ps3

Hi,

I am really hoping you can help me out please.

Just recently we have purchased a server from yourselfs, most of the guys have put money towards the server.  The server is laggy and the whole team has complained how slow and laggy they are when on the server.

Quick and short, server is slow and crashing, members playing on it seem to be breakdancing or doing the moonwalk is the best way to describe it..

Please can you be kind enough to help us, alot of the guys are looking at me as i am the one who bought it.. I have waited two hours on the online chat and no one has come to help me.

    @Jkniteuk so you have already tried to contact a Game Advisor and were you able to talk to someone or did you had issues getting to the contact point to reach out to the EA support via chat or phone?

    Game advisors can be found through live chat or call-back

    1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
    2. Click on the orange NEXT button
    3. Select a platform
    4. Click on the orange NEXT button
    5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
    6. Click on the orange NEXT button
    7. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor or leave your phone number for a call-back

    Hi,

    Not sure what your wanting me to do sorry.  That is where i went at the beginning and got no where why i then posted in the forums.  Can you be kind enough to please advice what i should be doing.  Really sorry to bother you can respect how busy you will be.
