No problem, you can try to disable all the startup programs and services via msconfig, maybe it will fix your problem permanently, here is how to do it:
Press start button -> type msconfig-> right click on msconfig.exe -> run as administrator
Press "Services" tab -> check "Hide all microsoft services -> Disable All -> If you want look the list and check the PNKBSTR service and other services that you think you may need (origin, steam...)
Press "Startup" tab -> Disable everything -> Enable the programs that you may need, like your gpu control program, your antivirus... (the less programs you have, the better it is)
Press Apply -> OK -> Restart your PC.
