I've tried everything from resetting filters to my router and still can not quickmatch into servers that have people.
Even server browsing only shows 3 full games and remaining servers with only 1 - 2 people in them.

Does the browser shows only a bunch of server even if you exclude empty servers with the filter?

My region is NA,
There's a handful of full servers if I search with no parameters but it mainly shows a bunch of servers with only 1 - 2 people. Quickmatch has only been putting me into empty servers for war pigeons, operations and dominations in the vanilla game. In the expansion war pigeons and frontlines quickmatch is failing and I can't even use quickmatch to search for those game types.
