I am really sorry about those issues. What are the troubleshooting steps, you have taken so far? Have you tried to restart your router? Also check this article on the most common connection issues. Keep us posted on your progress.

Yes, Microsoft did have me restart my Wi-Fi box. I have done everything short of re-formatting my hard drive. Repair, re-install game, system restore, used driver cleaner for my graphics card and re-installed that, used DLLKIT Pro to install a missing DLL that a Tier 2 tech found and so on. I have been waiting almost another week while the Tier 2 group is looking for some sort of resolution. I just found out last night that someone who lives near me is having the same issue. Very strange...

Strange indeed. Any chance you can try to run the game using alternative Internet connection?
