[PC] Battlefield 4 always freezes on the cutscene at the start of the 3rd level

Hello, all. I really hope you can help me. I just got Battlefield 4. I am trying to play through the campaign, and every time I get to the cutscene at the start of the 3rd level, the game crashes. It does not ever seem to have issues when I am playing multiplayer.

I have already tried a bunch of things, like lowering the graphics settings all the way, updating punkbuster, turning off read-only on the Battlefield 4 folder. I have updated my video drivers and all that jazz. Nothing has even changed the issue slightly. Please help me get this squared away. It's really disappointing to see such a high caliber title with these types of issues.
