I want BF Studios to adress me, as it was promised by the EA assistant.
EA chat assistants redirect me here, and you redirect me to the Battlelog forums to ask for help? I've been having this problem for 1 month and I want help from employees who can guide me to solve this, not from other players who just make assumptions.
I understand you are an expert who is helping around, but you're not a BF Studios employee.
You won't see any developers from DICE here. The Answers HQ is mostly a community platform where we can help each other. Developers are rarely seen here. If any EA official is here then it's the community manager for the game you're having trouble with.
But then who can I adress to fix my problem?
You could try the BF4 and BF4 CTE reddit. There are some of the developers. But things on the Battlelog forums are normally also brought to their attention (what doesnt mean they answer you). As it is a problem of some more people lately, I'm sure there will be a fix provided for you all in the coming days.
