[PC] BF4 stuck on initial loading screen

I just bought BF4 premium on steam. Tried to play it but it didn't goes past the loading screen (launching from battlelog it always (multyplayer, campaing and test range) stuck in loading level).

I read lots of post about this problem but nothing seems to solve this problem.

I then reformatted the computer, updated everything (but adobe FP) and installed only steam origin and bf4.

Executed everything as administrator

Executed the BF4 x86 version

Performed clean boot

Repair

Installed punkbuster services

still nothing works.

dxdiag 

On task manager bf4 sits around 250mb ram and  0-1% cpu usage

    HEY,
    did you try to do these steps:

    1-run origin as an administrator
    2-turn off origin in game overlay
    3-run steam as an administrator 
    4-turn off origin cloud storage

    @mrdoom500 yes i tried from files, battlelog, steam and origin, as administrator and not as adrministrator, both x86 and x64

    i think the best thing to do is to contact EA

    @mrdoom500 it was the language pack... i was playing with the italian language pack, changed to english and it worked.
    I have no words but all's well that ends well
