[PC] China Rising not installing and getting stuck at 99% and getting back to 86%

Close origin, cutting and pasting the bf4 folder outside of origins library. Then restart origin so that it can see bf4 is gone, then closed origin again and move bf4 back to the original folder. then try d/l again.
