Thats how everyone's looks, not very well done at all. No way to change it unless a future patch changes it, which probably wont happen.
And what's with every single video not showing the issue? Honestly, I am hard pushed to find a video with blurred HUD.

It honestly looks like for some reason my HUD is rendered in a lower resolution and then stretched to fit. The text on it is barely readable at all.
