[PC] Recoil effect after revive
Don't know about any other system but on PC if you were killed when shooting, and after that revived, you will have visual recoil effect on your weapon untill you change to any other weapon.

Haven't noticed that myself but you can report bugs on the BATTLELOG FORUMS where the developers can have a check on it.
In battlelog forums EA_Sutii said that
"We would like to let you know that players experiencing any technical issue (on all Platforms) are invited to create a thread about it on the Battlefield 4 board of Answer HQ [answers.ea.com]"
And
"Therefore, you will see us lock threads, and redirecting players that want to post about an issue they are experiencing, to AHQ."
So I writing there.- I have experienced that on multiple platforms (PC, Xbone, 360 and PS3) and for me on all platforms the recoil animation stops when I switch to my pistol and then immediately swap back to my rifle.
Just as I was saying.
