Same issue here. Seems like a pretty fundamental problem. Why isn't it fixed again?

  i did forward all that ports...could join problem server then for 1 time...could be accident, after that i cant connect to this server again, even with the now forwarded ports...some server just refuse to connect, but fortunately there some servers that work for me...
  PLZ fix.. i have 3 people in my street, we all have the same ISP, but often we get the problem, that one of us cant join a specific server...
