Is that done with a third party tool or through a web page from a different router brand? I've got a Netgear router. Apart from that, I think I've found my fix. I've found that the last patch added some rules to my firewall that had "Origin" and "OriginClientService" labels that were disabled by default. I enabled them, and it seems I'm able to connect normally again. Pretty odd. Never had any game do that before.
Edit: Nevermind. I spoke too soon. Now it decided it doesn't want to work again. >.<

This was an image of the page of my ISP, where I can control all the settings of the router. The brand of my router is Hitron BVW3653:

It sucks as a router .. But for now it is working.😕mileylol:When I was creating the rules of forwarding ports i realized that there was already three rules already by default called Battlefield series, Battlecom, and EA Tunnel. I applied them and added two more that I called BF4 TCP, UDP and BF4 (but you can give the name you want...). Look here in the image below:

And also did what mhunl has suggested some post above:
- Open Control Panel
- Select System and Security
- Select Windows Firewall
- Click Advanced settings (left panel)
- Select Inbound Rules
- Remove all Battlefield 4tm entries from the list
- Open Battlelog and try to join a server
- A warning from Windows Firewall appears. Check and Accept it
- Frag alot
And I made an update to punkbuster.
Moreover .. I did nothing more.Hope this helps.😕mileywink:

This is not a game or computer specific problem, but a server specific.
On the servers, slots become corrupted. So there are fewer slots available than shown. When one becomes available, the game will try to put you into the corrupted slot. But since it is corrupted that doesn't work, and you get the disconnected message.
The only way to fix, at the moment, is to restart the server. And you would have to do that every 24 hours, as that is the least amount of time it takes for a slot to become corrupted. Most servers don't want to force all the players out, so they just let it go. The longer the server us up, the bigger the chance for more corrupted slots.
Here is a simple drawing of it:
