Phantom dogtags not show up on battlelog

Yesterday i found one of the dogtags on Hammerhead map it show up at top of the screen but later it not show up at battlelog? why?

today i found other one at Giants of Kornelia map and it show up corectly.

ps is it possible that this happen because of yesterday problem with battlelog? it show 0 level to a lot of people and no stats

    Yes if you were in game during one of the server outages it is entirely possible that your dog tag find was not recorded on the stats server.
