Battlefield 4 is the only game that I cannot see my ping in, it only shows up as a dash (-). It wouldn't be a problem if Punkbuster didn't kick me from most the servers for having "missing ping". I've been searching for a while now and haven't found anything that really addresses the issue. Thanks for your time.
Hi, I don't know what you're playing on but....... you could try reinstalling Punkbuster, and uninstalling Battelogplugin and redownloading/install it again.
Sometimes changing to a different browser can help.
Thanks for the quick response, unfortunately I've tried literally everything. I usually use Google Chrome, though switching to IE or Firefox doesn't seem to change anything, neither does uninstalling PB or Battlelog.
I've gone as far as disabling my firewall, though that didn't seem to help either, it may just be my modem it'self though I wouldn't know where to begin trying to sort that out. I might just have to give Comcast a call in the morning, unless someone here has had to address this issue before.
Hey, just wondering does your ping show if you (temporarily) disable your firewall?
It could be your internet settings is preventing pings from showing. Have you allowed Bf4.exe, Punkbuster through your Firewall?
