Ping over 1000 on every server

Hello,

I saw many posts about people getting lag issues about 150-200 ping, but unfortunately my connectivity issues are much worse and unplayable.

I'm getting over 1000 ping and ORANGE network warning indicators on every server I join - any location, any server ping, any # of players, etc... it's same on matchmaking also. 

I did any possible research but couldn't address the issue.

specs:

win10

intel 7700

16GB RAM

motherboard: asus strix b250f gaming

asus strix GTX1080

15 Mb internet connection (getting full speed at speedtest.net)

What I did:

1. Opened all the ports mentioned here: https://help.ea.com/en-sg/help/battlefield/battlefield-1/battlefield-1-troubleshooting/

2. Added firewall outbound and inbound exception for Origin and Battlefield 1.

3. Made sure utorrent and other updating/downloading apps are OFF.

4. Started Origin as an administrator.

5. Used the "repair" option on Battlefield through Origin.
