80% of servers run rules of banning weapons is this in violation of ea's terms and conditions?
its states thats there is minor changes allow but they are stated in the t&cs anything else is then a violation is it?
i have before reported servers for kicking to win games, banning for killing the admin, using weapons they should be allowed, but i have never seen anyone who has recived a warning or even banned for this conduct. its as rampant as ever and the done thing now is to boost. there is servers now called boosting only where you run around capping flags but cannot kill anyone. the ps3 has loads of these i have reported some but all are still up and running today
i can only do so much before i just give up on the game, i cant see anyone getting in trouble for any of this so im thinking why even bother?
i really like the game best ever but these admins are really making the game unplayable, i seen that dice have added more servers and thats great but utterly useless if they are all empty. i know its up to us to fill them butim sure you will agree that no one is going to join a empty server in the hopes of other players joining
There might havn't been any server takedowns, but I know for fact that A LOT of people got banned/reset for playing on these boosting servers.

If I go to a normal Squad Rush match but everyone is having fun and we're running with repair tools.

oh yeah these t&cs would only be fore ranked matches, i couldnt care tbh what they do in their private games im sure they would be fun
i see you only addressed the boosting servers saying that alot have been banned/ reset but when admins take for instants are playing gun game and they kick everyone who is just about to win so they can win themselves would this not be in the same class of say boosting/ cheating?
these servers seem to be a legitimate way of cheating without getting reconised, again if they were private then i would have no issue with them
another example a admin puts up a ban on no stingers so their platoon can stay up in the air the hole game scoring points would that not be classed as boosting?
You can get in contact with the EA Customer support to report server admins.

as for the join a dice server comment, there was more servers added with no one in them so they are quite usless. i know its up to us to fill them but no one wants to join a empty server in the hopes that others will join aswell catch 22
people say to not join these custom servers but there is no alternative
