As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.

I can confirm that the memory leak is still present even after the 10/12/2013 CLIENT update.

    I can confirm that the leak definitely still exists for me, no matter which of the fixes I apply. Latest everything.
    Also, the issue didn't make DICE's top list of problems. That's a bit frustrating.
