As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.
Hey guy´s i follow this thread for a while and found this Operation Blackout
at the Google+ Battlefield Community, maybe this rouse dice.
I got this problem to and for me it´s incomprehensible how Dice and EA can damage reputation with such as a, maybe 70 % or 80 % finished game.
Maybe they have Microsoft with Win 8.1 taking as example :P not a good market strategy.
What ever i hope it will be fixed in the next time as soon as posible.

This is sad. I've only played a few games, dropped it entirely and have not come back. I suppose the only way to fix the issue is to buy a new card; however I'd have to sell my 6970 with the stipulation that it won't play BF4. Really sad, really really sad. No More AMD for me for a while, going back to the green team with a 780Ti and won't look back.
Update 6: Now use http://www.amdsurveys.com/se.ashx?s=5A1E27D25AD12B4F to report that this current driver update does not fix the problem as well. How fast AMD fixes things directly corresponds to how many reports and complaints they get according to their "technical support".
