Alright so I know this issue affects different computers different ways but here is what seems to have fixed it for me.
I run windows 8.1
I have 12gb of DDR3 RAM
I have an HD6950
Normally I would run the game in x64 mode and the leak would happen in under an hour almost every time. I tried setting the 64 bit exe to run in windows 7 compatibility mode - it didn't help.
Like many of you, I took to Google for endless searching - I found this reddit thread - http://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_4/comments/1r7hd6/windows_8_bf4_memory_leak_the_cause_and_the_fix/
I tried what the OP on the thread said to do - track down updated LAN drivers for my motherboard and disabled NDU - the leak still happened.
I tried to enable NDU again, not sure if it's the right setting but this is what I entered into an admin cmd prompt:
sc config NDU start= auto
I assume the above command set windows 8.1 NDU back to what it was originally. I still kept installed the LAN driver from the manufacturer's site. I then tried running the game in 32 bit mode and running that executable in windows 7 compatibility mode. I played for about 4 hours tonight and no leak!
I edited the graphical settings for the 32 bit mode of bf4 by using these instructions - http://answers.ea.com/t5/forums/forumtopicprintpage/board-id/battlefield-4/message-id/36812
This is the longest period of time I have played the game with no leak. I have the latest beta AMD drivers installed. I am hoping it's fixed - that game really is quite fun when it works properly.
I have two screens, I play the game on one and monitor page pool memory from task manager on the other. IF the leak comes back in play over the next few weeks I will update this post.
I don't know if this will help any of you but this is the magic combo that seems to have fixed it for me (praying I don't jinx myself here) - best of luck!
This is a complete joke, using 32-bit memory limited version of BF4 isn't a solution, it's an insult.
WHY HASN'T ANYBODY FROM DICE OR AMD GIVEN AN UPDATE ON THIS?
Carbonic, why isn't this on the "known issues list"? Months of posts isn't enough to make it known?

51chicken,
I agree it's not a solution but it is a work around that lets me (and hopefully others) play without being bugged by the memory leak.

Known issues only contains the "most important" issues and apparently Dice do not think this issue is severe enough to appear on the list or perhaps they have not been able to replicate the problem in house and thus have not been able to verify the error and wont put it on the list because of that. I really don't know - dialogue with Dice is practically impossible to get and while AMD is easy it's impossible to get a hold of someone who actually knows something and if you do they don't respond when you answer them.
Will update the main post now:
Update 7: A new patch is out that might fix this problem allthough the patchnotes are a bit unclear, so please report if you still get the problem after the patch
