Pregunta de seguridad
el tema es el siguiente,quiero cambiar mi id pero no recuerdo la respuesta a la pregunta de seguridad,fui a la parte de AYUDA y me dan un telefono de mexico para llamar,yo soy de argentina y no voy a gastar plata en una llamada solo para eso,entre en este link http://help.ea.com/mx/ y la informacion que te da ahi esta desactualizada porque cambio el formato de origin en la parte de "sobre mi",quiero que me ayuden a cambiar eso,tienen mi email,ayudaria a que me contesten ahi,porque de las formas que sugieren aqui no me ayudo y termian llevando siempre al numero de telefono.
