Only the purchasing account is indeed premium. Other accounts on consoles may have acccess to premium features, gain premium battlepacks, but those accounts are not premium and will not be listed in Battlelog as Premium nor are they eligible for premium validated features such as the Phantom bow. In order for you to be listed as Premium your account must purchase premium, not your roommate's account.
