premium knifes

I agree with Clayton, I paid upfront in full for this back before the beta and it's almost been a year now, You should kick in some extra special battlepacks like 10 of em

Same here. I had all knifes and now I got BJ-2 and PRECISION locked again. 

Don't know how many more camo get locket as I have little intrest in them but yet another patch that fix as much as breaking.

I lost - at the very least - 8 knives that I had unlocked: ACB-90, Survival, Improvised, Boot, Seal, Dive, BJ-2 and Precision.

That's only the stuff I've noticed.

Good thing they're aware of it and working on it.

I have the same problem - my BJ-2 and precision knives disappeared (maybe something else, but these are the ones I immediately noticed. Also got my dogtags reset.

Indeed, premium items missing, and only premium items as far as I know, knives, camos and the link to the support thread is broken. Let's see when we get those back, it only took them a short time for getting the veteran packs, right?

i only just got premium before the update, cant even open a battlepack, no dogtags, nothing. i want a bloody refund!

l had all the premium knives and now l only have 3, lm disappointed

As most people have said, they lost it but the battlepack feed clearly shows they unlocked it. i just think it's funny that there are premium exclusive items that I've unlocked, having gotten premium, that are now gone. 
 

Last night i joined a match and to my surprise I'd unlocked what looked like a premium battlepack, although i had no memory of actually opening one. 
inside was the new Aegean camouflage, an M9 Flash hider, Comp 45 Las/Light combo and a few others that i cant remember, because after that match they were stripped from me. i checked battlelog to find i had 👿 unopened gold battlepacks. I have no idea what's going on but I'd love my knives back, hopefully this helps.
