Premium not showing on Battlelog.
So here is the backstory to this...
I preordered BF4 before it was released... When I got it on release day, I got China Rising; because of the preorder. So 3 weeks after owning BF4 I bought Premium, well I didn't start using Battlelog until about 3 months after getting Premium. So, when I heard about the Phantom Assignments I went to go start it.
Well despite owning BF4: Premium, and getting the Premium content(Battlepacks, camo's, knife, etc), and getting all the DLC's and such.. When I go and click the little skull to start the Phantom Prospect assignment, it says that I do not have Premium.. Even though I have been playing for over a year now as a premium player... And despite my efforts Battlelog thinks I do not have premium.
So I'm at a loss now as to what to do. One person told me that the premium is still getting around to updating on Battlelog for some players.. But you would think that a year would be enough.
Anyway, I need help getting Battlelog to recognize that I have premium so I can start the Phantom assignments.

As far as i can see premium was gameshared to this account/purchased on another account. If you want this you will have to buy it on this account. If you did purchase it on this account then contact support, Once they verify you bought it they will be able to fix it.
