I purchased he Premium Pass on my United States account however as I am a New Zealand resident I use my NZ account as my main but both profiles are activated as my Primary PS4 and I have had no issues with content access until this limited event.How often does the bug occur? I’m having the same issue all 3 weapon skins haven’t unlocked for me ... and I’ve deleted premium and re-installed and still hasn’t unlocked or says claim/claimed next to them will only let me view them ....

@Benjipuyol1 @iYaksa_xOmegaaIf you really own the Premium Pass but the rewards are still locked, try this.Restore Licenses: Go to "Settings" in the PS4 Menu, then go to "Account Management" and "Restore Licenses".If that's done, Restart the Game(or even your Console first) and see if it helped.

Hi thereThanks for the tip - already tried this multiple times and no success it still shows as locked under the Road to BFV content field. Tried reinstalling the Premium Pass Content direct from PS store and rebooted PS4 but still showing as locked. Hopefully you have more tips!

I’m on Xbox... and I’ve still got this issue ... EA haven’t tried to do anything as far as I’m aware ... but they surely should be aware of this issue in game because I don’t know whether or not I’ll lose out on the chance to unlock them ....

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!! It still doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the game, and now I can't access the premium pass weapons altogether! I Did save all of my data onto my PS4 account and, it says I have everything in the home screen, but when I join in a game, all of my premium pass weapons have to be re-unlocked by doing the assignments. I AM OFFICIALLY TRIGGERED BY EA!!!!! I tried contacting them, and nothing worked either. They're very nice but give bad advice. I am very upset.

Did you install the premium pass installation file that is really small? @Ddontwryboutit 🙂

Now after you've reinstalled the Game, make sure the Premium addon is also still installed or needs to reinstall again as well.

If it is but doesn't work tho, try to Restore your Licenses.
Go to the PS4 Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.

Just an update from The Xbox side .... they opened up the next load of skins etc for road to Battlefield V and I’ve unlocked them and nothing has changed the premium skins are still locked ...
don’t know what to do as of now just sit there and stare at them because they won’t budge that padlock ....

Ok, i know previously you said you have Premium.
But can you tell us if the Premium logo display for you in the top right corner in the main Menu? (below the text "Battlefield 1")

If it doesn't, so the game doesn't realize the Premium Pass.

Fist: please check again in the Store(or the Library) if the Premium Pass Addon is really installed. Not just downloaded, also installed.

If it is, maybe try again what i said previously: Go to Settings in the PS4 Menu and then under "Account Management" do Restore Licenses.

Ps: You can also share pics. with us what the Store and in-game stuff shows for you.

I’ve deleted and re-installed premium... and I’ll take pictures and try to post them when I’m next online playing BF1 ... I’ve got all the other premium content it’s just the road to battlefield V premium skins not unlocking ... which is starting to become annoying ...
as I’m sure you guys being on PS4 are having the same issues as Xbox one ... I’ve tried every possible solution with no success to the issue ...

I received the assault (French tank) skin last night along with the other Unlock (a dog tag I think) I can’t remember rightly .... but the premium unlock isn’t unlocking for me ... hope this helps I’ll try to post screenshots later about the issue I’m having ....

Yes, there are people with the same issue on PS4.
But for me it's all working fine so far.

Hey @iYaksa_xOmegaa a quick question does it say Premium pass up in the corner of the battlefield 1 main menu?

What you can also try do is power cycle the console.

How to Power Cycle:

Turn off and unplug the device.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Plug in the device and turn it back on.

The funny/weird part is, i've asked him the same thing above.
He just answered he owns all the other content that comes with the Premium Pass.

Seems he's not the only one with this issue that R2BFV doesn't realize the Premium access. 🤔
