Premium still not working

When will it work..
Problem: payed..downloaded..installed..no veteran packs or weekly events
Ps3..
Plz if someone had the same problem and found the solution share it !!!
Ive downloaded premium ever since I bought the game from more then 4 months and still nothing..
Help plzz ??

    Just to inform you, there is no weekly events, just premium events (which are 2XP weeknds). Other premium exclusive content is received in spesial premium battlepacks. That is pretty much it. You can access your battlepacks, in the BF4 profile soldier battlepack section.

    About the Veteran battlepack: 

    There is a problem with the Veteran battlepacks and until it is fixed by DICE, no one more will get the Veteran Battlepack. You can see all the details here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/battlefield-veteran-battlepack-delay/ .

    I meant the dog tags and battle packs that are offered for premium members..I didn't receive any of that but I did gain acess to downloading second assault for free but it didn't work..

    OP if this is your battlelog profile http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/chris-kortbani/ you do not get a veteran battlepack because you are not a veteran of the Battlefield franchise. In order to be a battlefield veteran you must play BF4 and one additional Battlefield game from the franchise under the same Origin account that you are playing BF4.

    I've played battlefield 3 but on a different profile..
    But I ment the premium is not working in battlefield 4 in the second profile...

    If the above account is yours, you do not seem to have premium. Check your other account, because I do not see any Veteran or premium status.

    Then you will need to speak with a game advisor in order to merge your two accounts to get veteran status or play one of the free web based Battlefield titles such as Battlefield Heroes http://www.battlefieldheroes.com/en/ or Battlefield Play 4 Free http://battlefield.play4free.com/en/ while logged in with your Origin account that you use for BF4.  These two titles will give you veteran status as well

    I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time (call back feature available to North America only).
