Leave the platoon and update and re-join it.
The problem should be gone after doing so.

So the glitch is my platoon not showing up as primary instead of not being able to make it primary?
As you already have it as your primary, you can't change it.
Set another platoon as your primary platoon and you will see. Your primary platoon is TWT, at the moment.

I have, I have gone through and set all the other 3 as my primary and each time they get a check mark, the option goes away to "make primary" and the previous primary is deselected as primary and regains the make primary button as it should. But no matter which of the 3 that I can set as primary is slecected TWT remains with no button to make as primary.

If you see the mark that is because you're using that platoon as your primary.

Yup but I can not get TWT to have one. As the secound screen shot shows, while stig is selected as primary (with a check) i do not have the option to make twt primary.

I have left it as primary for a month even and still nothing.
yup that was the last resort i was going to resort to. Guess ill just do that when founder is on
