prison escape glitch

Question

My issue is a glitch in the escape from prison campaign. on the elevator when it reaches the top&nbsp; the doors wont open and let me out. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to no avail.&nbsp; i am playing it on normal and on a win 7 PC.&nbsp;&nbsp; Any help is greatly appreciated

Is it possible for you to take a video of the problem and upload it so we can better see what is happening?

dont really know which video will work with b4,can you tell me which to use and i'll be happy to get 1

Any recording software will work. &nbsp;If you have an Nvidia card, you can use shadowplay, which is what I use to record gameplay.

its not allowing me to uplode the vid i took with bandicam any way to send it to you&nbsp; so you can look at it?
