Private server issue please help
When I try to manage my server everything (all the text) on the server settings page is blank all of my custom map rotations are gone yet when I try to make a new one I'm told, I've reached the maximum. the 'server admins' 'viplist' and 'banned from server' have all been reset to zero. I have admin rights to another private server and can edit it just fine.
When my friend who has admin rights to it logs in he's able to see everything as it was, yet I cannot.
I've also noticed that when I initially try to manage the server it jumps into the manage server screen for a brief second then returns to "my servers" I then must enter the manage server screen again > the issue remains
I've also tried entering in a new server names and other text and applying the settings and when I return to the manage server page the issue remains

I had that happen. I added a buddy to my admin list and had him delete all the banned players and it fixed that. Let me know if it helps you.
thank you!! It worked. However oddly enough, I stumbled upon this article yesterday https://help.ea.com/au/article/unable-to-play-or-alter-settings-on-bf3-rental-server that led me to trying it. This information should have been easily at the disposal of the tech support rep i spoke with last week, EA needs a more effective system; as I found no information regarding this other then the single article. Instead of just a script for them there should be an easily searched database of information regarding solved technical issues, all the rep did was tell me to delete my game files and reinstall them. pffft I could've done that on my own!
hopefully this post will help other owners with this problem, it would be nice to know what the "glitched ban limit" is. There are just so many annoying loud children in online gaming; the limit could never be high enough.
