Problem Redeem Code PC Battlefild 3 Premium PC

Hello . I have a problem with Redeem Product Code , I boughtBattlefield 3 Premium  (pc download code no disc). I have followed steps , i have wrote me unique code in Origin but i don`t receive game f...

    Please contact Electronic Arts Technical support via this link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/

    1) Click on the game you're having trouble with (If you can't see it, use the search bar)
    2) Select a topic for the best results.
    3) Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us.
    4) Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
    5) Select live chat or call me to request a call back from an advisor.

    Sorry I couldn't help you resolve your problem, but EA is better suited to resolve this for you. This may have to be resolved by the retailer you purchased the code from
