Problem when i try to join a bf3 server

It says this and this is my first day of playing it. I already called in and they told me to make a topic on here so i am 🙂 It says:

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'XxHiddenKillerxX' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe

 

I have windows 8 pro 64 bit

directx is version 11

I have AMD A10 4600 series

2.30 Ghz

I have deleted my punkbuster and redownloaded the most updated manual version i addded bf3 and updated it

And it is the legal version of the game

Also my in name is: XxHiddenKillerxX maybe you guys can see if i banned?

    That is saying that the Punkbuster server cannot communicate with your local PB client.  Check your firewall and router to make sure that it's not block the PB service from accessing the net.  You can also go into your origin client and right click the BF3 and select "repair" as that sometimes solves many issues.
