From which console did you get the code from. Also which console are you trying to redeem the code on? Thanks –Bryce

Please use English language on this forum board since it makes it difficult for us to understand what you mean without using translation services.

After a quick translation using Google, I think you wanted to say this: "New, I bought it on Friday and it was already used on Origin".

Could you please let us know where did you buy the code from? Some online sources tend to distribute fake codes with the intention to scam their customers.

However, I cannot be sure if that's the case unless you provide the source you bought this code from.

Keep in mind that if this code is part of a physical copy you bought from your local store, Amazon etc... you can contact an EA Game Advisor, explain the situation, provide proof and you will be given the Premium on your account at no extra cost.
