Problem With Two different editions of BF3

Hi, i'm having an issue with BF3. I bought a Russian version way back when which only supports Russian and "Polish" language packs. But  yesterday when i logged in to origin i saw that theres a new limited edition bf3 in my library with English language selectable in download.

I was so happy i downloaded it and played for a few hours it was fun and nostalgic. Then i tried starting it up today and noticed there was an update available tag on my old BF3 which i ignored since i was playing the other version.

But when i tried joining a server it told be to update the game through origin. So i figured i update the other one too. After that i tried again and the game launched however in Russian language and it couldnt be switched in the settings. When i got out of the game now there was an Update Available tag on my new limited edition English BF3 which meant the other one deleted language packs from the English one.

Now i dont know what to do should i ask EA to remove the old BF3 from my account so that battle wont get the versions confused or is there work around?

TL;DR I have two BF3 editions in my account but battlelog only recognizes one.
