Problems with Logitech Software
Ran a search but did not find anything related to my issue. I have a Logitech G602, great mouse but have constant issues with BF1. I use the Logitech gaming software to map the thumb buttons which are not recognized in the game via the key bindings menus. I find that I constantly have to leave BF1 to exit out of the Logitech software and then relaunch it again in order for my buttons to work in game.
I have performed troubleshooting extensively with Logitech and have not come to a solution. I have even tried installing an older version of the software but it didn't help. This is also a clean install of Windows 10 but I had the problem previously as well. I really hate to buy a new mouse just because of this issue but I am wondering if this is an issue with BF1 perhaps? Anyone else have this problem?
No, My current Corsair hard- & soft-ware works perfectly with BF1. dough when i switch it off the thumb buttons stop functioning. All very logical and mostly as expected. I'm guessing that in other games you don't always have this problem? Then that could suggest that BF1 does not make a library of all buttons mapped in Windows including the added Logitech custom buttons? Thing like these have happened a lot to me in the past and is surly very annoying.
