Product Code Does Not Work....please help unable to play
Hi,
I installed Battlefield 3 Limited Edition (PC version) last year and never played it for a few months.
I recentlly tried to play again and when I go to redeem product code in origin it says: Product Code already used.
I have followed all the steps on the EA Support to delete the old license numbers and history and tried to relaunch and
nothing has worked whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating since I spent $60 on a game I now cannot play. I have deleted
all EA files from my computer, including the Battlefield 3 installation and relevant files and attempted to create a new account
with origin (new e-mail and password) and start over with a fresh installation of the game. To my misfortune, this has not worked either!
As an EA customer, I am really frustrated by this having spent 30 minutes on live chat with an EA reprsentative trying to fix this and nobody, nor EA has helped me fix the problem so I can play Battlefield. I have attempted a total of 15 times to launch the game, Reload my games, and redeem the product code so many times now I am on the verge of giving up and selling the game back to Gamestop.
If anyone has experienced this problem and can help I would really appreciate it. I believe the only thing that is preventing me from playing is the product code. Can a new one be provided so that I can attempt to play again? I don't believe my old one works that I used to register the game.
