When I launch battlefield 1 it claims it cannot verify I own it. It ask me to provide the product key which I do not have nor have ever seen before. I'm also using the account I purchased the game with.

For some reason my game now launches completely fine? i went to check if if my problem kept happening and apparently its gone now. I'm not sure what happened maybe my account bugged or something. Not for sure but thank you

Do you know if you have played the BF1 Trial in the past, by any chance?

@EA_Leeuw No, I’ve never owned the trial I bought the game like 4 years ago when it came out. Recently whenever I launch it opens the product key activation prompt. I haven’t checked to see if any other games launch such as BF4 but I’m not sure why any of my games would do this since I bought it on the origin store and it’s in my purchase history as-well.

Hey @NateSyrup,

We didn't do anything on our side, at least nothing I can think of. So it could be a temporary network glitch that caused this issue for you, sadly that is very hard to determine. But I am glad to read that it works again!
