Professional Syndicate reward requirements "???" All prerequisites complete

I completely finished all of the prerequisites for the professional syndicate award but the reward requirements are coming up as ???????. I know what the requirements are because I looked them up and know that I have gotten way more than 200 kills and15 Marksman Coins and those requirements have still not been checked off. Please help me! My Xbox Live Gamertag is Cosnerr and the game is Battlefield Hardline.

    You have to do 2 things. There is one assignment what is asking to purchase all weapons and gadgets in the class.  You have to buy some, but some of the weapons you have already is not registered in the assignment database. Its a datasyncronisation error. Please follow the instructions:

     

    1. Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!

    - SOCOM16

    - SR-25 ECC

    -  PTR-91

     

    Two item is not registered in the database. . You must to use everything, because cant figure out what item is not been registered in Assignment! So, next step:

     

    1. 2. Start to play as Professional, use only loadout #1. Before every respaw change something in your loadout #1. Change primary wepapon, secondary gun and gadgets. Use everything at least once. Finish the round and let the system to save the process. Check the Syndicate assignments. If still not unlocked do it again the proccess above, but in the opposite faction.

     

    When you done  the Syndicate requirements will be visible.

    Please provide feedback about the result of suggestion!

    Thank you! Just wish all of my progress I made after achieving the prerequisites stayed with me but Im just happy its working.

    My in game name is    Chrome2YerDome_    on PS4 and I have completed all of the prerequisites and the requirements are still showing ?????  Please help.

    Hi,

    1st try to buy in-game the following items:
    - T62 Cew
    - Tracking Dart
    - Gas Mask
    - Zipline

    if this is not fixing your proble, pls follow the instructions:

    Do the following to force datasynchronization.
