[PS3] Hainan Resort map stuck on black loading screen

PS3 - Whenever I'm on any server that is playing on the Hainan Resort map the game is stuck on a black screen with the loading bars on the top right-hand side. I can hear people talking through their...

Thanks @gujuballa726  Have you tried cleaning the disk and the disk tray? To see if there any improvements on to the loading of the map.

@EA_Atic unfortunately I have tried to clean it and nothing has changed.

    Is there anyone you can borrow another copy of BF4 for PS3 and see if its the CD that is not working? @gujuballa726

      @EA_Atic No, unfortunately I don't have any other copies I can borrow or test out.
      The game works fantastically otherwise, all other maps & components load - it's just this one map.
