AUGH me too. I restore my ps3 and I was able to download the patch 4 days ago but it wasent running the same so I deleted the info thinking the ps3 dident install the patch correctly. now I can't install the patch update or close Quarters dlc. But its nice to know IM not the only one with this problem.

I don't think its ea problem but Sony because I was playing offline and had no problem. IM thinking it has some thing to do with the playstation store.

how about this........installed aftermath but cant do karkland ect..same message 80010038 ...wots going on???any help PLEASE????
