Just to confirm, you're using the same PSN ID on your PS4 as you did on your PS3?

Saving you from EA running around in circles, I presume you're on about Battlelog.
To access your PS4 stats on Battlelog, just look at the URL, and change 'ps3' to 'ps4' (lowercase 'ps') and you'll be fine.
Example (Example URL's not valid links):
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/USER/stats/ANUMBER/ps3/
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/USER/stats/ANUMBER/ps4/
If you want to change Actively Displayed Profile, use the bellow Link while logged in:
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/profile/edit/edit-soldiers/
If this helps, don't forget to +1 and mark as solution.- 5 years ago@GENERALZOOL Will try and will report mission status! Cheers!
- 5 years ago@loneangels2016 It did not work... i can see my soldier but can’t change the loadout. When i log in to the last link you provided, i only see my Battlefield 1 soldier but not the bf4.
- 5 years ago@GENERALZOOL This is all too confusing, i wish it were a bit more user friendly...

I will be the first to admit, you're not wrong, it is a bit clunky.
