PS4 account doesn’t appear in battlelog, only PS3
Hi,
i managed to link both my Battlefield 4 PS3 and PS4 accounts to battlelog but my PS4 account says i don’t have the game, asks me to buy it. What should i do?

Hey @loneangels2016.
Do you already own Battlefield 4 on PS4 as well? Since PS3 and PS4 are separate platforms, you would have to own the PS4 version in order to play on that console./Kent
- @EA_Kent Yes, i have the game on PS3 AND PS4. On PS4 i actually have the premium version

Just to confirm, you're using the same PSN ID on your PS4 as you did on your PS3?

Saving you from EA running around in circles, I presume you're on about Battlelog.
To access your PS4 stats on Battlelog, just look at the URL, and change 'ps3' to 'ps4' (lowercase 'ps') and you'll be fine.
Example (Example URL's not valid links):
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/USER/stats/ANUMBER/ps3/
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/USER/stats/ANUMBER/ps4/
If you want to change Actively Displayed Profile, use the bellow Link while logged in:
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/profile/edit/edit-soldiers/

- @loneangels2016 It did not work... i can see my soldier but can’t change the loadout. When i log in to the last link you provided, i only see my Battlefield 1 soldier but not the bf4.

I think I can help! When you log on to battlelog go to soldier then go to customize then portrait. When you click on it it should show your PS3 and 4 account with your portrait, dog tags and rank. Sounds to me you have your PS3 account activated so where it shows your rank. In the left of it has button for PS3 and 4 accounts click the button for PS4 then It should be green and the PS3 one should be grey.
